Well tomorrow marks another step forward in winning my fight with CRPS! Why do you ask? Tomorrow I visit the implant clinic and expect to be told that I can slowly start coming off my medications that I’ve been on for such a long time. Now that I have the new implant, the hope is that I can do without most of the medications which in turn will help to clear my mind. My understanding is that I’ll still be on some at a very low dose, however it’s another huge step forward!

It’s been a long time fighting my CRPS but I’m winning the fight and I want to encourage those of you that are struggling with your fight to hang on and keep fighting. I know that at times it seems impossible and that you want to give up, but don’t give in and let the CRPS win. You still have the ability to lead a life full of happiness and to create an amazing life for yourself. You should never lose hope and should strive to make the best that you can out of it.

In my posts I have never shied away from telling you about how big a role Jesus Christ has played in fighting my battle against my CRPS. As well I never shied away from saying how important my relationship is with Him. Through my struggles with this illness my relationship with Him has grown stronger, and as that has happened I in turn have become a stronger person in my abilities to face the challenges that comes my way.

” I can do all things through Him who strengthens me ” – Philippians 4:13

I can’t begin to describe the number of times when God has been able to help me in situations that seem to be impossible to get out of. Every time He is there to provide in whatever way I need Him to.  As I wrote this post tonight I felt as though I should share with you as to how I’m winning this fight. It isn’t because I’m just putting up a good fight and have the ability to stay positive. It’s through God’s awesome ability to heal that I’m seeing the changes that I’m seeing. There isn’t a day that I don’t ask for Him to heal me of all the things that are making me sick. All we have to do is ask Him!

” This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us” – 1 Peter 2:24

As I’ve been writing this post my purpose in all of it was to write a post filled with hope to win your own personal battle. The only way I can really think to do that is to share with you where that hope comes from!
